Terms and Conditions of Accommodation

1.  For the protection of property, life and health, for the prevention of vandalism, and to prevent unauthorized access to the premises, the accommodation provider has installed a camera monitoring system in the entrance areas of the building and in the corridors leading to the apartments. By entering into the accommodation agreement, the client agrees to the installation of the camera system and to the collection of video records. In this context, the accommodation provider is obliged to provide the client with all information required under Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data.

 

2.  The client is responsible for any damage to the apartment and its equipment (the inventory list is located in the apartment) caused by the client or by any persons using the apartment together with the client. The client shall notify the accommodation provider without undue delay of any defects or the need for repair; otherwise, the client shall be liable for any damages resulting from failure to fulfil this obligation.

3.  In the event of loss of the access card, the accommodation provider shall not be liable for any misuse of the card. The client must immediately report the loss to the Reception of Rezidence Ostrovní by phone at: +420 257 409 200. A fee of CZK 500 shall be charged for a replacement access card.

4.  The client agrees to comply with the no-smoking policy and the prohibition of keeping animals in the apartment.
